All this food and drinks wey dey im front so, if I covert them to what we buy them in USA e no reach 2dollars(that's about 400 naira) na im he dey show us like say he dey chop millions.

It looks like he is actually sleeping because there is no plate of food in his front. The situation was orders were eating healthy fell asleep on the other  side and whoever making jest of his falling asleep took the picture and posted it where everyone can see.
