Gender: (m) Posts: 154 | 21-11-2015 10:49 PM Nigerians are no longer smiling, yet refused tocomplain but prefer to die having made the worstmistake of their lives in supporting the presentBuhari government.The situation is practically getting excruciatinglyunbearable even worse than envisaged withuntimely deaths happening here and there.First it was in Abuja, then Port Harcourt, and nowthis…Learnt from a reliable source that one of thetrekkers for the purported electoral victory ofBuhari has hung himself to death, in fulfilment ofthe promise he made before the trekkingcompetition.The man here, it was alleged, made somepromises to friends and family members inJalingo, to trek from Jalingo to Abuja if Buhariwins, but will not fail to hang himself in the eventthat Buhari fails to perform or things goes worsethan before.This man went on the trekking business withevery hope that Buhari is the messiah to turnaround Nigeria , especially when he (Buhari)preached about “stabilising the global oil market”and many other things like free foods.Having waited for well over 5 months and no signof improvement as the reverse becomes the case,the promising young man had to take his life byhanging to avoid political taunts and mockeryfrom his friends and neighbors, coupled with anunbearable hunger and starvation flogging hisentire household.What a world!Fellow Nigerians, my humbly advise is that asmuch as mistakes have been made of which theconsequences are staring at every Tolu, Dike, andHaruna. Let’s make it a point of duty to stoptaunting those who did the unimaginable insupport of the failure we have in Nigeria today. |
