In a heartbreaking incident that has left the community of Igando in shock, a five-year-old boy identified as David tragically lost his life after falling from a fence while playing with friends on Friday, April 19.
The father of the young boy visited the Igando police division to report the unfortunate accident, revealing that his son had fallen from a fence while engaging in play with other children his age. Despite efforts to rush him to the General Hospital in the area by a concerned neighbor, David was tragically pronounced dead upon arrival.
