EFCC Detains Timipre Sylva over N2 billion Fraud

A Federal High court in Abuja, Tuesday 15 June remanded former Bayelsa State governor.



Former Bayelsa State Governor, Sylva was said to have voluntarily appeared in court even with speculations that he’s outside the country, for some alleged corruption charges.

Up until the application for bail, Timipre Sylva will be in the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s custody.
