FBI didnt issue arrest warrant for Osama because they have no proof of his involvement.. the US govt were just running their mouth and more over they wanted excuse to invade middle east which they eventually did. They tried the same thing on Yemen but failed.. the one by Abdulmutalab. He was a CIA protected tapsy.

OK, now I'm confused... are you asking why the US Government won't investigate its role in S11? If it did cause S11, it wouldn't, and if it didn't, it wouldn't have a case to answer. Plus, I'd have thought that you probably wouldn't take such an investigation seriously.
