Everywhere you turn, today's teens are mercilessly bombarded with blatant segxwal images, messages, temptations.
Today, teens are taught that “anything goes” as long as you practice “safe sex” (whatever that's supposed to be).

In many schools, the sex education is explicit to the point of being pornographic.
Television, movies, music, magazines, and the fashion industry make no attempt at modesty or decency.
With the invention of the Internet, pornography is just a few clicks or key strokes away even for teens.
Decency and obscenity have been all but completely struck down or are completely ignored with flagrant the violations. Shocked Sad

The media, the education establishment and the society, seem obsessed with promoting teen sex rather than discouraging it.

They act as if teens simply can't control themselves as if abstinence is a physical impossibility or a psychological aberration. Sad

The principles of segxwal morality and chastity are scoffed at and scorned and any teen who reject the promiscuity of their peers are themselves rejected and shunned. Sad

Let’s face it; it’s not easy raising a teenager these days. Or even being a teenager, for that matter.

Bottom line? it's not a good idea(Teen Sex).

i agree that these days teens are having too much sex and it is promoted by the media. its disgusting there is so much teen pregnancy and STD. its the media's fault. the first place i learned abt sex was on tv.

but teens should be informed about sex in a educational setting where they can learn exactly what it is and what the consequnces are. they should be taught contraception AND abstinence.

really the parents should teach children abt sex before the schools do.

u re right about it but one thing is to teach and another thing is for them to learn.some of them wil believe u re askin them nt to do it bcos u don't like them nd some do it bcos there frnds re doing it.so i think is a thing of the mind.

What really pisses me off is the fact that teen sex is starting to become an ideology- it's starting to be considered "normal".

And the media is to be blamed for that!
