We all know that music is relaxing and soothing. However, there is one thing you might not know -- listening to music is the one activity that engages the whole of your brain. Many other activities require only the right or the left side of the brain... even a small part on one side. But music does not - it actually involves your whole brain.

Additionally, music therapy has proven highly beneficial. This is the reason surgeons listen to relaxing tunes before and during an intensive operation. Music is also now incorporated in therapy sessions and at the spa. Nothing beats a good tune, right?

With powerful evidence like this, you should not ignore the most important function of life: the learning process. And this is especially true with children. The power of music needs to be integrated as well into lessons for the kids.

You are right. Music is very relaxing and you can calm down and relax with relaxing music. On Youtube there are many videos where you can listen to soft and pleasant sounds and lie back while listening to music and get away from the stress that can occur during the day and relax. When you click on the link that is displayed, you will be taken directly to the page and can immediately start playing your relaxation music and lie back from all your stress and thoughts. youtube-mp3.me
