victimising boss (Page 2)

Guys,

i mean both sexes.i need to hear some tips on how to handle my victimising boss.he is always picking on me even to an extent of wanting me to attend to issues that were not related to me in the first place.he gives tall orders and after delivering beyond  his expectations,he still nag and look for faults.he wants me to be in charge of assignments given to outsiders/third party outside my knowledge & without prior information on such.My colleagues in the office commend me but he is really making me feel uncomfortable and this is making me not to feel happy at work.

What can i do?

My brother i want to ask you something "are you born again ?' you may ask what dose it got to do with this?, yes because if you are, you will know that MATURITY IS FOR RESPONSIBILITY.
