Who is to love the most

I just kept on pondering on this issue and i felt i should let the house have a say on this.
In a relationship who is to love the most? Is it the guy or the lady cos, most times ladies fall victim of loving without getting loved and guys vice versa. Can the be an equilibrum in the love distribution in any way?
I don't know what do u guys feel?
