Is it wrong for a lady to ask a guy for a relationship?

Why is it difficult for ladies to obey their heart desires? Very many ladies sometimes admire guys but finds it hard to voice it out. Some believe our culture forbids it and others feel  it's not just right. Did i hear someone say if a lady does that, the guy will look down on her and may also take advantage of her? C'mon ladies tell us why you cant toast a guy you desire badly.

i have had a girl walk up to me in church after one sunday service telling me to meet her in an eatery close to our church. i did and i was not shocked when she confessed that she have been dying to have me come her way and tell her i love her, but since her expectations was not forth-coming, she decided to take the bold step of doing so. it is already happening, so i think the movies are beginning to help change their mentality about who toasts 1st. guess what, it is not even my 1st time of experiencing such.........poster rambukar do not worry, you will soon experience the same.

Sorryoooooooooo! am not expecting any knocks now. I had my experiences too, though we didn't date b/cos she was living very close to me. But I really encouraged her to the best of my ability.
