I listened to him sing and for a moment I thought I was listening to Bob Marley or perhaps the African King of reggae music Lucky Dube.

He goes by the artist name Great Obez, supposedly carved out of his real name Beroro. For over four months now he has been talking about releasing a song on a popular Nigerian group on facebook and in most times on his facebook fan page, but he never did released any song until now. This caused a lot of what they call "facebook drama" between his fans and a lady who was trying so hard to maybe get his  attention.

After listening to the song, I couldn't help but try to get in touch with him to find out the reason behind this type of song, "We are walking on a long road" and then "We are united."

From my brief interview with him, I found out he is from Delta State, Nigeria. But he lives in the United States, where he studies Political Science. His father he said, "Is involved in the American Politics under the Obama's administration." He continued, "I wrote out the song to send a message. A message to our leaders, a message to everyone. We are all humans and we must stop killing each other like animals and be united."

Interviewer: Are you currently working on an album or is this just for you to send the message you want to send?

"Yes, I am currently working on my album. A mixture of R&B and reggae. I will be releasing another song, which would be an R&B in about two to three months time.

Interviewer: Do you consider yourself a musician?

"No I am not a musician, I'm just an entertainer. I do other things such as acting, comedy, and so on. I am an actor and a show host for Albany Student Television (ATV Channel 16) , New York."

The interview went so well between us and he was so funny and amazing.
