Mario should get over the fact that his parents from Ghana gave him away to an Italian couple because they could not care for him.  It continues to happen every day in Africa. Therefore his frustrations with life should be taken out on poor governance (and health system) in Africa or his parents. After all,  they gave him away and now the whole family is living of his "fame." 

I find him very rude and lacking in morals and VERY VERY UGLY!
