All roads very recently, on Saturday, December 29, 2012 to be more precise, led to the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos when 19 years old Mariam Afolabi, launched her new fashion collection to a loud ovation.

Her brand is called Mademoiselle Aglaia. Mademoiselle like we all already know, describes a young woman in French, while Aglaia is a Greek word, that denotes beauty, splendor or brilliance. So the 2 word talks about, a young woman of beauty or splendor or brilliance Mariam is the super talented daughter of the multi-millionaire owner of SIFAX Group, Barrister Taiwo Afolabi, who is also a director at SAHCOL. And to say the truth, the young lady shown like diamond in the sky on the night and got a thousand applauds for her brilliance and talent.
