Who gave them the NYSC uniforms and other materials?  This will type of thing will not happen in the countries I have lived in Europe.  They have laws and they have the poliitcal will to enforce them no matter whose ox is gored.  Thieves are everywhere - in the echelon of the government, in civil service, in the streets, and in every corner of this country - Nigeria.  God save Nigeria.
