There was drama on Saturday night at the Nanyuki Police Station after a police officer decided to take a commercial sex worker he had arrested to his home and had sex with her instead of locking her up in cell.
It was discovered that the officer had arrested 10 twilight girls that night but one of them negotiated with him to release her and that she would sleep with him for free. The officer agreed and even deleted her name from the list leaving the nine others.
Drama unfolded when one of the girls learnt of the plan and informed other officers. They felt prejudiced as one of them had been set free while the others were locked in the cells waiting to be taken to the court.
The group of 9 commercial sex workers paraded themselves outside the main entrance demanding justice to be done. They threatened to inform the head of the station as they had proof of the incident. It forced the other officers to go look for their colleague at his house to solve the issue.
They found him in bed with the other woman. Sources reveal that the officers decided to free all the 10 prostitutes to avoid more drama.
