A doctor has been found guilty by a Nevada court of infecting several of his patients with Hepatitis C, leading to one of the largest outbreaks in the history of the US. no wonder many are switching back to nature for healing with no side effect.

Desai, 63, and Lakeman, 66, may both receive life in prison for their actions.  A total of 70 witnesses testified during the seven week trial.  The outbreak led to the testing of 63,000 clinic patients for several diseases, including Hepatitis and HIV.

Nine of the infections were traced to the doctor’s clinic.   Prosecutors say that the men were reckless in putting patients at  risk by valuing efficiency over safety in their medical practices.  They reused syringes and vials during procedures that led to their patients being harmed.
