Nigeria has so much to learn
I think we should build  at least  3 World standard hospitals to do these things locally
I know we have the Manpower and expertise to handle these things if not we can contract the necessary brain and skill power to run our own local but special hospitals.  With incessant power supply plus all other things it take to make it function
