Wat do u do to get off an addiction

u can start by believing u dont gain anything from it and believing strongly that u don't need it.u then mingle with people who are diffrent from you to help u in change of enviroment and change to guide against d temptation to go back to it.its actually a gradual process.all d best man.

1 smokin
2 drinkin
3 too much sex
4 and the most serious not readin me books but being on np all day long
