The capital city of Cross River State, Calabar, is still in the centre of attention, as it hosts the annual one month-long Festival.

The event attracts hordes of tourists and celebrities.Great costumes, aren't they? Who is the best looking? Tonto Dikeh, Funke Akindele, Uti Nwachukwu, Florence Ita-Giwa, Mbong Amata, others have been spotted at the Calabar Carnival. See some of the PHOTOS below:
