Robbing under False Pretence !!!

A guy was caught robbing a bank on 1st of April. He had almost escaped with his loot when the law enforcement caught up with him. He was later charge to court, but his lawyer claimed all was APRIL FOOL!!! and was later dis-charged and acquitted !!!!
