Rivers State Gets Hosting Rights For Best Of Nollywood Awards 2014

Rivers State has been given the hosting rights of the 2014 Best of nollywood Awards slated for the peacefulcity of Port Harcourt on October 4,2014.   According to Mr Seun Oloketuyi,the executive producer of the Award

''We chose  Port Harcourt because of a lot of reasons; Port Harcourt is one of the most beautiful cities in Africa, the State has produced some of the best brains in Nollywood and Gov Amaechi has also provided an enabling environment for tourism and Nollywood''.

Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi '' it is a great honour to have this prestigious Award platform in Port harcourt a year after hosting the nominees dinner''. 
BON Award's sixth year would hold on Saturday October 4,2014 and it is expected to be the most glamorous Nollywood Event of the year.

Best of nollywood award since her inception six years ago, has risen to become the most prestigious and transparent Award ceremony for Nollywood practitioners.

I am not sure about the accolade of Port Harcourt being "one of the most beautiful cities in Africa," I however look forward to witnessing the award ceremony.
