Woman Accuses Lagos DPO of Rape - 'I Begged Him to Use a Condom, but He Refused (Page 2)

Punch's correspondent learnt that the victim immediately went to the Lagos Island Maternity Clinic to do a test. A copy of the medical report, signed by one Dr. R. A. Seriki, stated:

“A complaint of segxwal assault: General clinical condition satisfactory; no laceration, no bruises, no areas of hyperemia, negative for HIV 1 and 2, pregnancy negative. Has been placed on PEP and emergency contraception.”

Given the above it is a very shaky case….
It very easy to accuse someone of rape especially if there is no witness which is always the case.
At the same time a Nigerian police officer can do anything and get away with it.

But can this happen in a police station?
I am just wondering if there so much privacy in a police station.
Why did she not scream to get the attention of other police officers on duty? …

That owner is an evil woman.and that DPO is the devil himself. And later they go tell u say police na your friend. For where? If police are your friend that means cobras and vipers are also your friends.

rape case has become the other of the day in nig now....the other time na obesere,now na dpo.but wait oo.the girl wore shorts,a pair of the otherand wrapper when they were arrested,she wears boxers, enters dpo office,there is a bed in a small room  in the dpo's office,leaded,pls use condom and dpo no gree,,dpo threatens to make her spend her life in jail,promised to let her go free after,they let them go after paying to release them..dpo is aware of it but can't talk cos he is driving....no bruises,heheheheheh naija
