is not wrong to inform a lady they r stained.
first of all, they should know is that time of the month.
and second of all, there is nothing wrong with it. is like telling a guy his fly is down.

by the way. what are you looking before the observation? thinking that you just trying to see the shape of the buttose before it give's your eyez what that is inside the buttose, that is what give's you another inpectuse to move further by telling her about what you have observed,
