Jumoke Akindele makes history in the Sunshine state.

The Ondo State House of Assembly has elected her as the new speaker. Akindele representing Okitipupa Constituency II was elected by a majority vote at the state House of Assembly session in Akure this morning.

According to Sahara Reporters, Jumoke who is a lawyer by profession was until her election the Chairman, House Committee on Education in the house.
