A Pastor, identified as Uwen Friday was sentenced to five years imprisonment by an Ekiadolor Magistrate Court, Edo State, for defiling a 12- year- old girl.

The convict forcefully raped the young girl at a farm in Okokhuo village, Ovia North East Local Government Area of the state.
The unholy act left the victim with five months pregnancy.
The convict who was arraigned on a one count charge of unlawful segxwal intercourse before Presiding Magistrate, F.I Oghoator, pleaded guilty to the charge.
In her ruling, the Presiding Magistrate sentenced Pastor Uwen to five years imprisonment with hard labour without an option of fine.
