So there is some gist that Iyanya has offered Nicki Minaj $300,000 (N50 Million) for her to drop a verse on his next single.
According to NET, Iyanya is in the process of trying to secure a duet with the sexy American rapper. A top industry source confirmed the Project Fame winner is willing to pay as much as $300,000 for Nicki to feature on his track. They also report that talks between both Nicki’s team and Iyanya’s have reached an advanced stage.
Another source had this to say about the planned duet,
It’s an on-going project, He has to now go back to Los Angeles again to try and get her on the track
Iyanya’s manager Ubi Franklin however denied the Nicki Minaj collabo when he was reached for a comment. His response to the NET correspondent was,
Who said that, where did you hear that? There’s no gist like that, if anything like that would happen, you’ll hear from our publicist.
When probed further, he added, “I’ll be so glad if it happens, I’m very open to the idea of doing a song with her.”
