Police Finds Thief Sleeping in the House He Meant to Rob

Talk about a heavy sleeper..Police say an accused burglar continued snoozing next to a bag of jewelry he was allegedly planning to swipe even after deputies began snapping pictures of him. Deputies say 29-year-old Dion Davis broke into a home, filled a plastic bag with stolen jewelry and promptly fell asleep on the homeowner’s bed. A cleaning lady called 9-1-1 when she arrived and found Davis passed out.
It turns out Davis was sleeping so well, he didn’t even wake up when deputies stopped to take his picture.

Davis was charged with burglary and booked into jail on $10,000 bail.
