Boat wedding proposal go wrong as girlfriend knocks ring into water

A video has emerged of a man proposing to his girlfriend on board a small boat when it all goes horribly wrong as girlfriend mistakenly throws the ring into the river. The man had to jump into the river to search for the ring.

The man had organised at the shore, a group of friends holding up banners asking his love “Will You Marry Me” and in a fit of disbelief she lashes out – and knocks the ring straight into the water.

Predictable silence (and muffled laughter) ensues while Romeo and his friends frantically search for the jewellery.
