Air Force Captain Interrupts NFL Game to Propose to His Cheerleader Girlfriend

U.S. Air Force Captain Erick Straub took an otherwise-blah football game and made it wonderful; he proposed to his girlfriend, NFL cheerleader Claire, on air right in the middle of the game [via Daily Mail].

Straub, who is believed to have just come back from a tour of the Middle East, marched right onto the field while the Cardinals' cheer team was performing and got down on one knee.

The photos are lovely, as are the newly engaged couple. Enjoy!
