Toyin has won the BENTV awards for best actress and best movie 2014 for the movie alakada2. ..The BENTV awards was held at orientals hotel on December 11,2014.The nominees for this category were Mercy Johnson,Toyin Aimakhu Johnson,Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Genevieve Nnaji, Funke Akindele and Chioma Apotha .

She deserved it. She has featured in more movies than others in recent time. Others are living more on past glory. Can't remember seeing Chioma, Gene and OmoT in a new movie. Yeah....MJ and Akindele maybe. Congrats Toyin
