A military court in Nigeria has sentenced 54 soldiers to death after they were found guilty of mutiny. The soldiers were convicted tonight in Abuja on a two-count charge of criminal conspiracy to commit mutiny, while four other soldiers were acquitted.

The convicted soldiers mostly officers involved in the fight against Boko Haram terrorists in the northern part of Nigeria are to die on stakes, by firing squad.

Their trial began on October 15 on allegations that they disobeyed higher authorities on orders to join operations against the Boko Haram sect, before they were found guilty today.

They will be the second batch of Nigerian soldiers condemned to death by Nigerian Military courts for mutiny.

This is not what we need now from the Military.  Boko haram has killed many solders trying to keep the Nation, Nigeria. Killing those men can never bring dignity to the Military but exposed the level of wickedness of men and level of politics in the Military. ENOUGH OF BLOOD SHED OF INNOCENT ABLE NIGERIANS

Why is that dat the military and FG do tin opposite side: The master man behind the abuja bomb blast was releases based on say he ain't guilty of the crime: I tink is  this country that we hear that some sect of boko haram where released !

Now D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ are killing  innocent soldiers in this country all in the name  munity : killings this soldiers will nt brought any dignity to Nigerian army at all: FG has failed in equiping  this people with modern and update weapons and provide for families and give them better allowance so that D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ fought with all their abilities and power !
Why wouldn't D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ disobeyed orders : besides Nigerian armies is full of corruption nt like Nigerian armies we use to know before !

This is just too sad for killing them ! D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ are humanbeing too !

If our military is well equipped, they will perform better in the war front.  But the problem is that they are ill-equipped and they expect them to fight boko harram is is having the latest war machineries.  Instead of them to die, they took the best option - to refuse orders or run away from the war.  Please do not kill them.

Again ?

I bet its not final decision . pending  presidential review .
They want them to be fighting with bare hands  yeah
When all the funds budgeted for defense had been misdirected to other sources .  even went to borrow another  billion dollar to fight BH
Shame on the Administration first b4 shame on those accused soldiers
Listen to Buhari interview to see these guys are blameless
