SPORTS: IK Uche Signs New Contract With Villarreal

Ikechukwu Uche has confirmed that he has put pen to paper on a contract extension with Villareal until 2017.

The Super Eagles striker joined the La Liga side in 2011 and has scored four times already in the Spanish League this season.

“I feel very happy for my renewal with Villarreal until 2017! I will do my best to help the team!,” Uche wrote on Twitter.

Uche scored 14 league goals last season and has played a key role in the team’s impressive run in the Europa League.
