NIGERIA POLITICS: My VIEW,YOUR TAKE.

From the topic of this article, you must have gotten a clue that I have written this article to be in form of a discussion. We are all Nigerians, and our political view of our country is important.
Nigeria from onset is a country where the rulling elites, with virtually few exceptions, Civilians and or military have looted public treasury dry during their days in power, Reversed to a quasi - Democratic Administration with Military caps and Civilian Garments and thus, confined the possibilities means and machineries of governing the Nation within their monopolized cabalistic territory for the sole fear of being tried, probed or prosecuted by any revolutionary successor.
Nigeria as a sorry state in the west African subcontinent, where state terrorism and assassination of perceived political opponents and Anti- Establishment are sponsored from far high quarters with the full knowledge, if not complicity of state security outfit with reckless impunity.
Nigeria as a Republic is a place where one has to buy or even force his way to win elections with the criminal collaboration of state electoral commission with usual impunity.

Democracy in Nigeria is still a sorry state. Past conducted elections is a testimony to this fact. I don't know if I should blame the INEC or I should blame Nigerians as a whole. I have to say that it's not the votes that matters here but incumbency factor where winning a tazarce is concerned in Today's Nigeria. It is a supposed Democratic country where mass looting of public treasury is the reigning race between the political classes. A country where do as I do is every man's language. A Nation where Ghana- must- go motivation could make at every turn elected (or selected as they better seem) legislators approve every executive proposal without recourse to their constitutional obligations.

Democracy as practiced is a Democratic experiment where public opinions is not a yardstick for implementing governmental policies.

Egoism as practiced in Nigeria is at a top, making it a sad republic where human lives are valueless as long as personal political interest are strategically negated. Let me quickly flash back to our history. The murders of Dikibo, Bola Ige,Okadigbo to mention but a few are notable examples here.

In my own conclusion, I think political system in Nigeria as a different meaning.
If you ask me what is the way forward, I will tell you that Nigeria needs a man that is a man, and not a man that cannot even control the affairs of his neighbourhood as a leader. Nigeria needs a man that cannot sell the heir loom of his native country. Nigeria needs a man whose patriotic interest is not that of an hypocrite. Nigeria needs a man that will not forget all he has said during manifestoes in a hurry. Nigeria needs a man who development is one of his goals. As Jacque Gelinas theorizes that the real name of development is indeginous capitalization. As we all know, progress begins when a society consumes less than it produces. Nigeria needs a man who would at least carry every one along, both rich and poor. Not a man that because He wants to show integrity  says He's poor even at 70's. It is called deceit and not integrity!  Nigérians are not fools!.

As I have Saïd earlier I have written this article to be inform of a discussion. Your view is important, lets discuss Nigeria politics in general. As we all know that handing over power to a section of the state on a platter of gold does harm to the spirit of integrative and unifying politics. But if you may want to ask me what I think about 2015,then I will simply say that Nigeria needs neither Buhari nor Jonathan !
What then is your take on Nigeria politics ?Your view!
