The 2014 Ghana Movie Awards which represents its 5th edition held at the Accra International Conference Center on 30th of December in Accra, Ghana. The star-studded event had several prominent Celebrities in attendance including Joseph Benjamin, John Dumelo, Jackie Appiah, Majid Michel, Juliet Ibrahim, Yvonne Nelson, Bryan Okwara, and Patience Ozokwor, just to mention a few.
The Best Actor and Actress African collaboration categories went to Nigerian OC Ukeje and TV host and model, Eku Edewor respectively. Ukeje won the award for the role he played in the movie ‘Love or something like that‘, a role he reprises as the best in the eyes of the voting judges while Edewor won her cap for her role in ‘ When loves come around‘
