Its quite bad that tins tun out that way, it was never his intention, the outages i view is 1-lack of control (anger) 2- Not having a other option after budget

Poverty and lack of self-control caused the man to commit murder (killed his child) if it actually happened in that way.
Nigerians are known for being poor and economy is harder resulting from glomally enonmic recession. Then what do you expect of a poor man whose last hope is turned to kerosine?

This is child abuse, why on earth will a 3-yrs old child with a yonger sister of less than a year be left all alone at home. How will such kids escape danger if there is one. For Christ sake, how can a man take care of 3-yrs old and a year old? Nigeria have to see to this and the mother of the children and the relative of the man should be arrested.
