Its either President Johnathan has enrolled in his wife's English Class or he could just be infected by the First Lay syndrome, amidst the ongoing controversy about missed certificates and wrongful awards of Ph. Ds, it might be beneficial to be mindful of whom we vote for during the forthcoming elections.
