Will Nigeria turn to former America where every one owns an AK for protection when America is changing for better. The problem we are having is lack of Identity. If the Govt knows the importance of ID in a country they will surely know jobs could be easier for police. Because its not only a visitor or a foreigner in a country that needs to be controlled for ID or Visa but nationals as well need to receive a fine when they don´t go about with their IDs. We need IDs with chips and securities so Nigerians where ever they are will have full respect and control. This will reduce the range of crimes.
