The free cash blowing across the street sparked a grab frenzy among the lucky people who were propitiously at the right place and time, resulting in motorists abandoning their cars to join the cash grabbing frenzy, just like what we see in fictionalized movies. Some spectators who happened to be at the scene captured this unusual event on camera, which went viral across the internet.
