The consolidated suit seeking to disqualify the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress,  Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has been adjourned to Wednesday.

Muhammadu Buhari’s certificate has been trailed by controversy

The judgment on the suit, praying the court to disqualify Buhari from the presidential race for various allegations surrounding his certificate,  had earlier been fixed for Tuesday at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

There are no fewer than 10 suits seeking Mr. Buhari’s disqualification from the race on different grounds. All have now been consolidated for a hearing since they are all seeking the same end.

Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress (APC) is reportedly worried by an order by Justice Abdu Kafarati of the Federal High Court in Abuja for an accelerated hearing in a suit alleging forgery and perjury against Gen Muhammadu Buhari.

Details later. ..

A shame on Nigeria......the highest office in the country requires a minimum of the lowest certificate in the country.

What a big shame.....worse still is, we plan to vote the holder of such into office and expect mighty miracles from such office holder.

Our PVC has become our doom.

His sins are too many enoughto disqualify him.
Initiator of Boko Haram,
Traucator of democracy,
Killer of innocent citizens,
Religious bigotry,
Document forger.
These are not only enough to disqualify him but to send him to prison.
