Pulling a bold fashionable look on the cover of this week's Vanguard Allure is Jigawa State Governor; Alhaji Sule Lamido.
The Governor was regal in complete traditional dark look; a shiny brocade and vibrant cap.
The bespectacled Governor beamed a happy smile for the cover shot.
