The Federal Government should be sincere and fulfill it obligatory promises in the Niger-delta for one Nigeria to continue to exist. If not Nigeria may break up before the year 2017. THINK ABOUT THIS. United States case study on Nigeria events predicted this break up already.

Over 250 languages is challenging, but it is still what makes Nigeria unique.

Let us look at that as strength rather than disadvantage.  God bless Nigeria.  God bless Africa.

I don't think you got any brains at all. You have to look at both sides too and that's the only way to accomplish anything. If something is already unique and strong, why waste time improving it when you should be doing something about the bad things? It doesn't make any sense Nigeria having all those languages because it is only showing the outsiders how segregated we are. Africa is a continent and Nigeria is a country, so therefore there should be only one language for everyone in the country. We are so screwed up we can't even figure ourselves out. Think old woman.

If Nigeria breaks up, we will all be worse off.  We need to figure out how to help one another and get along with one another.  All sides have something positive to bring to the table.
God bless Nigeria.

INTERESTING TOPIC .

To my friend flymiss and other secessionists .  we went down this path before but let me ask  how pleasant were the results and the experiences that came with it  - mostly  still haunting us till today. Must we really break up to  250 nations or countries because we speak 250 languages ? We have one unifying language so we crossed that bridge or  hurdle of language difference already the next level up our progress path is  overcome our IGNORANCE.

Its the reason such an educative forum like this cannot flow with good points for and against BREAKUP without reverting to ignorant abuses on personality .  The same  reason  people bastardize the election process voting more than once or twice because they have been bought over by similar ignorant men wanting power at all costs without the necessary knowledge or know how  to move the country forward in progress .

Nigeria isn't anything or anyone out there . It is you and I that form the country so it definitely starts from you and I waking up and "shining our eyes " to our problems and taking care of ignorance .  You dont need america to figure out anything for you suggesting a breakup for your country as a recipe for progress . America also had its own problem they were resilient enough to wade through it to eventually forge a strong nation.  If anything America should encourage Nigerian unity not its  disintegration

Let's learn to use decent language in expressing opinions. Better avoid comments if the topic is not understood and of course, puss and tink before your comment so you become sure what to say. Nijapal is a great forum to share good thoughts.
