The police must have found the passbook and password of that man in his dairy on the day of that accident, seen the amount the man has in his acct they  took it and work with the bank staff to get an ATM card to make the withdrawal and share it,  please if anybody can reach the family of this dead man, they must not give up on this case, let them sue the bank to court to provide the signature the dead man signed to get the so-called ATM card after his death, and CCTV video to show when his doing the withdrawal and when he came into the bank to get the ATM card as they said. This type of case my Attorney would love to buy it from the family of that dead man and use it to make Billions from the Bank, because their lying they can't prove it either in CCTV video or his signature,even though they forge his signature it can never be the same as his original signature.

They applied for an ATM card after his death so his wife could not have known the password.
What you should do instead, is to ask the bank how the ATM application sailed through without the account owner.
Is the bank now saying I can be at home and someone would apply for an ATM card for my account?
