Poster, did u mean tooth plaque? Some kids have very soft gums, and some parents do not know that there are differences in brushes: Soft, medium and tough/hard brushes. Take him to a dentist, if u have the means, to determine the strength of his dental gum. Please don't rough handle him anymore, it become child abuse if he sustains injury or bruises.
