Are women better than men?

While women in Nigeria continue to have a minority role in the ranks of top corporate leadership, a recent scientific study conducted in America has discovered that female executives actually have traits that can put them at an advantage over male executives.  The study also found that women have several positive attributes for leadership and are more persuasive than their male counterparts. Women also tend to learn from adversity and are persistent.

That is not all. The study also found that women develop an inclusive, team-building leadership style to solve problems and make decisions. Finally, women are more likely to ignore rules and take risks.
Although it was pointed out that men also do exceptionally well in the enumerated areas, women just do it a little better. So are women better than men after all?

really,i think topics like this is either inferiority complex on female side and superiority on male side cause i believe we are all equal as human beings,no gender is better than the other..women arent just given the chance...but we are equals

Nathyxx i back you once again.it all depends on ones qualification.and also the quality of school attended.but religiousely,man is better is both religions.any arguement on this?
