The Ford assembly plant in Nigeria's ceommercial capital, Lagos has produced its first vehicle the company said. It tweeted a picture of the ford ranger.saying:

Congratulations Nigeria! We've unveiled the first #FordRanger to come off our new assembly line in Nigeria

It is the first time the vehicle has been assembled outside of South Africa and Ford is keen to get access to the Nigerian market, the company's CEO in sub-Saharan Africa said. The Nigerian plant will start off by producing 10 vehicles a day

Good move, a little drop of water makes a might ocean, to make this industry grow first let them focus on the safety of car build it strong make the price affordable for the masses, that way the company will grow strong and every Nigeria will be willing to buy from them.
