                                                          section 181 CFRN 1999 as amended provides... If a person duly elected as Governor dies before taking and subscribing the Oath of Allegiance and oath of office, or is unable for any reason whatsoever to be sworn in, the person elected with him as Deputy governor shall be sworn in as Governor and he shall nominate a new Deputy-Governor who shall be appointed by the Governor with the approval of a simple majority of the House of Assembly of the State.

(2) Where the persons duly elected as Governor and Deputy Governor of a State die or are for any reason unable to assume office before the inauguration of the house of Assembly, the Independent National Electoral Commission shall immediately conduct an election for a Governor and Deputy Governor of the State... it talks about where a candidate has been duly elected and dies before being sworn in, i dont think it answers the question as no one has been duly elected. I think section 36 Electoral Act nearly resembles a procedure inec may follow

Numerous wives&children???Who go come be first lady if to say he become the new governor?even if una no gree say na stroke,cardiac arrest or bp kill am,which means say wetin kill am de inside him house(numerous wives)fighting who go be first lady,I hear say I get sometime wey he abandon his family for abroad(no be me talk amooo)
