Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State has said the stress of seeking ways of creating jobs for the teeming unemployed youths in Kaduna state has left him fatigued since assuming office five months ago. The governor stated this while speaking at the just-concluded Ake Arts and Book Festival which held in Abeokuta, Ogun State November 17-21.
Quote
“As a state governor the challenge for me is what to do to create jobs in Kaduna State. Eighty-two per cent of the eight million people in Kaduna State are below the age of 35.
"My challenge is not whether population grows next year or the year after. It is to get jobs for this young people, otherwise no one will sleep in peace. Frankly speaking, five months as governor, I am already tired.""I honestly do not think that anyone who wants to do this job seriously can do it for more than four years and not burn out. When I look at some of my colleagues, some are putting on weight, they are looking nice, I ask them, ‘how do you do it?”
he quizzed.

when you're running for the election you don't even have a clue as to what you will be doing as governor.

when you busy & joyfully demolishing peoples houses in Abuja you did not get tired,

now creating job is running you mad,
 U never see anything yet.

As human being (Nigerian) for that matter, one will get tired when the available "ego" in your hand is not commensurate with the hard work you are putting in. Under Obj the man was busy demolishing edifices of both rich and poor folks, and unlimited funds went along with the operation.

If you are already tired as governor, resign and the deputy governor will be very happy to carry on.

If every Governor were working hard as El Rufai, Nigeria will be a better country. While other governors putting on weight cos they are looting and enjoying the riches of their position, not caring for their own people, why them no go put on weight? El Rufai is serious, thinking hard to help his people and feel fatigue doing that. God will help him fashion a way out for him and his big plan for his people.

You say you are tired, then give chance let another person take over, simple. Now you know how it is to be governor or at worst president.
