Na somebody go still chop d money cos systems no dey in place to check who dey unemployed..
Even some employed people fit talk say dem no get job..

How on earth would that ever work out in a country that have no DATABASE or even a precise population? If they are going to implement this, then i can assure you that some people will collect five times of 5K in a month while others would not have their ways to get one. Like in the case of Bursary collection in higher institutions, it's a survival fit test. Where is the database of unemployed Nigerians? What is the plan of distribution of this monthly payment that ensures it rightfully gets to each individual?
