The most effective birth control is " strict child rights law" as in USA. Child labor should be illegal and those who send their under-age children to go and work to support the family should be prosecuted. Those northern "A*#Ss" who abandon their children in almajiri homes where they are sent to beg should be prosecuted. It should be  "don't give birth to children if you cannot take care of them". Those who pick holes with birth control policy as anti Islam do not realize that sometimes it is necessary to ensure that children are well taking care of to become responsible individuals. Northerners claim to have highest population in Nigeria, but the are saddled with high rate of touts and urchins who are detrimental to the society instead of being beneficial.
