Just imagine, why would you give someone  a scholarship when you can't afford the pay. The state government shouldn't keep them stranded

These students are not on federal scholarships but Rivers-State.

Godwin Poi, acting executive director of the RSSDA, said the fall in the price of oil is to blame for failures to meet tuition and living allowance payments for students.

why are people blaming Buhari for not ending boko haram; for unemployed youths; for no power supply or for fuel scarcity.
did it start in his time? why didn't Jonathan solve all these problems before he left.
You are very right...

Do we have to depend on oil, we have too many mineral resources which r untapped..?
Wat if we didn't have oil..? Yet u officials r swallowing all d money as a matter of fact one of u officials could pay off d students tuition and living expenses..
You have d audacity and d balls to say it's cause of oil, rivers state alone generates a lot to d economy why can't dey make provisions for students abroad or u tink it's easy wen ur abroad studying...
U lot r a bunch of educated illiterates...Wat an insult..
